Hero Nextdoor is a nonprofit homebuyer assistance program that connects local heroes – such as military, law enforcement, first responders, healthcare workers, and teachers – with trusted real estate agents, loan officers, and service providers committed to giving back.
By partnering with Hero Nextdoor, professionals offer exclusive savings and community-based support while gaining access to high-intent homebuyer leads in their area. Participating professionals help reduce the cost of homeownership for heroes and build long-term, referral-driven relationships.

- 25% of Gross Commission – 100% Rebated to Hero
- $500 Transaction Fee – 100% of which goes towards the Hero Nextdoor Grant Fund

Currently, we vet licensed Real Estate Agents, Loan Officers, Financial Advisors, Homeowner’s Insurance Providers, Credit Repair Providers, Tax Professionals, and Title Officers who align with our mission to serve heroes.
There is no upfront or monthly fees. Instead, professionals pay a program fee of $500 per closed transaction that supports grants for heroes. Eventually, there will be additional paid marketing professionals can choose to opt in for, which will just be re-billed at cost.
You must qualify based on the criteria listed above, agree to the parameters of the Hero Rewards, and complete the registration form above. We review each submission individually.
We will assist you in developing a marketing strategy (often times co-marketed with other professionals not in your industry), non-profit marketing materials, ability to promote your affiliation with Hero Nextdoor, and as the program grows, leads directed towards your market.
Absolutely. We assist with co-branded marketing materials to help you promote your involvement and differentiate yourself in the market. We ask that any advertising is done professionally to protect our reputation.
